Main Features:
1. This machine can be suitable for not only Lavazza Point, we can also make this machine for Lavazza Blue, A Modo Mio, K-cup, K-shot, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, etc....
2. As for the Lavazza Point, we have to make the bottom welding station before filling coffee powder.
3. The working process: Capsules Loading device---bottom filter sealing----coffee filling----tamping powder and clean rim---rolled film cutting sealing----second sealing, output, bag packing, etc...
4. Capsule elevator and centrifugal capsule sorter would be available for automatic capsule loading.
5. With Omron photoelectric sensor to locate the capsule, if no capsule, then no filling, no sealing.
6. With fexible dosing system, the hopper can be pulled out for clear the powder.
7. With Nitrogen flushing function inside the hopper to keep permanent Nitrogen pressure to keep coffee powder fresh.
8. With mixing motor to flat the powder level inside the hopper.
9. With Schneider servo motor driving auger filling the powder;
10. With optional Nitrogen flush function from the empty capsule feeding station to the sealing station to keep the coffee powder fresh and maintain coffee shelf life.
11. With optional UV lamp to sterilize the empty capsules before powder filling and with high-voltage anti-static device for better filling accuracy.
12. With powder tamping station to press the powder and clean the capsule rim for better tight sealing.
13. With optional flavor liquid adding device to make the coffee more aroma.
14. With optional weight checking system to recheck each capsule's weight. The overweight or underweight capsule will be rejected out.
15. With servo motor discharge robot arm to output the ready capsule.
